SOFTWARE PROJECT CONSULTANT (Selangor – Petaling Jaya)
- Perform project implementation which includes software installation, configuration, training and monitoring the system at client’s site.
- Provide end users support and basic technical issue resolution to enquiries made via phone calls and emails.
- Evaluate user requirements and recommend solutions and resolve issues.
- Record and maintain support request log for each user request and follow-up.
- Responsible for documentation of the system enhancements developed. This includes administrative documents, operational systems documents & training manuals.
- Perform internal testing of new versions released.
- Produce project progress reports, including project daily reports.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in application support with good formal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills are needed for troubleshooting and evaluating situations
- Familiar with MS SQL Server and reporting tools
- Knowledge in the wellness and leisure industry operations will be an added advantage
- Effective teamwork and able to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative and handle assignments with minimal supervision. Inherent sense of urgency and accountability and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Sales and Marketing – Junior Staff Intern
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is passionate about learning while gaining hands-on experience.
You will be exposed to different types of cutting-edge technologies related to the leisure industry, as well as all other aspects involved in growing the company. More importantly, you will have the opportunity to be part of a small team growing from the ground up and possibly become a full time paid member in future.

- Organizing and execute on direct marketing campaigns
- Assisting with presentation decks and business development material
- Creation of strategy to drive loyalty of current customers and ensuring current customers are always engaged and happy
- Participating in brainstorm sessions to streamline sales process
- Following-up with potential customers
- Scheduling meetings and undertaking demos with potential customers
- Maintaining customer database and update it
- Running demos of our solutions with prospects
- Supporting a direct marketing campaigns and website updates
